1. Services

Aircon Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and spare parts supply services. All services are subject to site assessment, availability, and formal service agreement before commencement.

2. Assessments & Pricing

All service estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is confirmed after site inspection. Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ materially from initial assessment.

3. Warranties

We provide a labor warranty on our installation and repair work (duration specified per job). This does not cover manufacturer product defects, misuse, power surges, or damage caused by third-party interference. Manufacturer product warranties are governed by the respective brand's own terms and must be claimed through their authorized channels.

4. Third-Party Brands Disclaimer

Aircon Engineering Solutions is an independent service provider. We are not an authorized dealer, agent, or representative of any AC manufacturer. Brand names used on this website are for reference purposes only to indicate compatibility of our services.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the formal service agreement or invoice. AMC contracts are invoiced annually or as agreed. Spare parts must be paid for before dispatch.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from HVAC system failures beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
