No. Aircon Engineering Solutions is an independent, third-party HVAC service provider. We are not an authorized dealer or representative of any AC manufacturer. We service, install, and supply spare parts for all major brands, but manufacturer warranties are handled directly by the brand or their authorized dealers.

Our primary service area is Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur). We also handle projects in Pokhara and other major cities in Nepal. Contact us for project-specific coverage.

We install all major AC system types: wall-mounted split AC, ceiling cassette AC, floor standing units, concealed ducted systems, VRV/VRF multi-zone systems, and full ventilation systems including fresh air, exhaust, kitchen, and basement ventilation.

Yes. We provide a labor warranty on our installation and repair work. The duration depends on the job type, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months for installation work. Note that manufacturer product warranties are separate and governed by the brand's own terms.

An AMC is a scheduled maintenance agreement where we visit your premises periodically to service your HVAC systems. This includes indoor/outdoor unit cleaning, filter cleaning, coil cleaning, refrigerant pressure checks, electrical inspection, and drainage inspection. AMC clients also receive priority response for repairs.

Yes. We stock and supply genuine HVAC spare parts for all major brands including compressors, fan motors, capacitors, control boards (PCB), sensors, expansion valves, refrigerants, and more. Contact us with your brand and model number for availability and pricing.
